Laparkan shall provide you with a post office address in Miami, Florida, United States of America (USA) for your exclusive use, which address is simply known as LPKpak. You may receive articles in your Private Mailbox; such as correspondence, packages or merchandise purchased by Mail or through the internet. Because your Private Mailbox is a legal address in the USA, products purchased from USA companies are sent, for your convenience, directly to your Private Mailbox through USA courier services or the USA Postal Service. Upon receipt, Laparkan reships the merchandise to you. You are responsible for providing your correct Private Mailbox address to the selling companies. If your address is incorrect, unnecessary delays may result or packages may even be returned to the sender.
When purchasing products through your Private Mailbox, you must comply with all USA and the final destination country's applicable laws and regulations. You must know that sending or receiving illegal materials or controlled substances, such as illegal drugs, explosives or dangerous materials, is forbidden. All fines or penalties incurred shall be your responsibility. For the same reasons you should not solicit shipment or merchandise restricted by importation laws. Laparkan will handle the customs clearance on your behalf but as importer of record for any purchase you receive via Private Mailbox, you are responsible for complying with local rules and regulations. Laparkan shall not be responsible for loss of merchandise due to customs confiscation. You shall be responsible for obtaining all pertinent permits from any country or territory. You are responsible for your USA purchases and understand that certain product warranties may not be extended on items being delivered or used outside the USA. Also, other manufacturer restrictions may apply on certain items being delivered or used outside the USA.
Laparkan receives all correspondence and packages sent to your Private Mailbox, where they are classified and later shipped to Trinidad and Tobago for delivery to the address you have chosen. Likewise, Laparkan shall make all customs clearance entries in your name. All customs duties fees and/or taxes incurred there shall be paid upon delivery.
All prices and services are subject to change from time to time at the sole discretion of the "provider", Laparkan; therefore, you must review the current price information. Because shipping costs usually depend on the weight of the materials being transported, pursuant to the international transportation rules, in the case of large or voluminous articles, the price of shipment may be based either on dimension or on actual weight. The price for such articles shall generally be based on package dimension, when the result of the formula of multiplying the packages' height by the width, divided by 166, results in an amount higher than the actual weight of same.
You will be notified of such charges via email and/or telephone. Such charges can be paid, at Private Mailbox locations designated on the home page of LPKpak. Should you fail to pay the full charges within 5 business days of notification the shipment will be auctioned after 30 days to offset storage charges. The value of any shipment shall be based on the customs value declared for same.
Either party may terminate this contract at any time, by giving the other party written notice of termination of 30
days from the date of the said notice. This notice may be communicated by sending same via
(a) email to the Private Mailbox customer support address at TTPMB@laparkan.com; or
(b) The address provided at registration.
Annual Fees are non-refundable in part or as a whole at any time.
